Orlando Magic's Mo Bamba Confirms COVID-19

Orlando Magic center Mo Bamba revealed to The Athletic that he had coronavirus in June.  He said he lost his sense of smell and taste, was fatigued and it caused muscle soreness.

Since the return of the NBA season, Mo Bamba has played limited minutes for the Orlando Magic and he says COVID-19 had an impact on his conditioning.

Mo Bamba has been added to the NBA Basketball Positive List for COVID-19. Visit that link to see all NBA players that have tested positive to date.

UPDATE - Mo Bamba left the Orlando Magic before the start of the playoffs to undergo a post-coronavirus evaluation and will miss the playoffs.  The team released a statement saying, "On the advice of the Magic’s human performance staff and team physicians, Orlando Magic center Mo Bamba has left the NBA campus for a comprehensive post-Coronavirus evaluation"
